Yesterday we had the pleasure of working with some awesome members of the Organisational Development Team at United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust.

The hospital trust has become a Licensee of the Jigsaw Discovery Tool and Learning Experiences and yesterday eight members of the O.D team attended day 1 of the two-day Certification programme. The workshop was originally planned to be delivered as a F2F learning experience, but the decision was taken a couple of weeks ago to move to a virtual programme. We are really looking forward to meeting back up in the virtual classroom next week for day 2.
